A lovely coffee. Slightly shy of a Dark Roast brings out a flavor profile of carrot cake and chocolate if run through a French Press. A bit more subtle with traditional brewing. Once into. dark roast, the profile tends to be carrot cake with burnt edges and chocolate. Still very good.
